Dying Under Glass Skies, a nanopunk downward spiral about fighting systemic infection, is now published. In a harsh cyberpunk world, you play Glitches, people infected with out of control nanites that are slowly killing them while also giving them augmented superhuman abilities. There's no cure, but you're going to leave the world better than you found it. Whether that means using your new power to build something up or burn something down is up to you. (But the System is coming for you, so be ready to burn!)
